The Necklace
To my dear wife:
Remembering back to the first week when I was diagnosed with cancer and the anguish we felt. We knew our lives will change and be transformed for the better. Just like a caterpillar metamorphosing into a butterfly, that's how I view this trial. While we are in the cocoon, there will be stillness, reflection and suffering; but coming out of it, there will be a beautiful transformation.
The necklace that caught your attention is designed by Jenn Heil and the butterfly symbolizes growth of an individual when given the opportunity to pursue a dream. The butterfly is made up of two hearts combined together.
Let's pursue God's plan for us together. This trial is our opportunity.
